Betaisodona is a topical antiseptic cream containing povidone-iodine, which is widely used to prevent and treat infections in minor wounds, burns, cuts, and skin infections. The active ingredient is called povidone-iodine, which belongs to the group of antiseptics and disinfectants and has a very broad spectrum of action. The cream has a fast and long-lasting effect.
Application: Apply once or several times a day to the affected area. The cream does not burn and can also be applied on children. We recommend covering the area with a plaster or bandage, as the ointment has a reddish/brown colour and can stain clothing.
