    Returns and Refunds: We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in arrive in perfect condition, however, a return or an exchange request can be made. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Return/Exchange Guidelines Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines as below: 1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 14 days upon receipt. 2: Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee unless the items arrived damaged or you received a wrong item. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item or a wrong item. 3 : All returned products must be in their original condition, closed unopened and unused. 4: After our warehouse staff receive the parcel, check all item/s that are in good condition, we will arrange refund. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
